EntreLeadership by Dave Ramsey

Solid read for any one in business, especially entrepreneurs.  If you are looking for good leadership advice as it applies to running a business than I highly recommend this book.  More Businesses should model themselves after Ramsey's philosophy.

LA Justice, Lessons from the Firestorm by Bob Vernon

I enjoyed this book as both a professional read on Law Enforcement and leadership as well as spiritual leadership and faith. Good insight to what was happening politically in LA at the time leading up to the Rodney King incident and the subsequent riots.
